Restorative Justice Staffordshire offers a free service that brings together those harmed by a crime and those who caused the harm. This service allows communication in a safe and suitable way, either face-to-face or via a letter.

It provides victims with a chance to ask questions that haven’t been answered and provides offenders the opportunity to hear the impact of their actions and take responsibility.
